【Direct Pickup Only】Oriente HO-20 Double Bass (A.D.1999)

This is a listing for an Oriente double bass, model HO-20 (successor model HB-25).
The successor model HB-25 has a 9.5mm endpin and a steel socket, but this instrument features a 16mm endpin and a wooden socket. As a result, it produces a thick, solid sound that belies its solid top construction.
Likely due to regular maintenance, scratches from use have been repaired, and we judge this instrument to be in good condition for its 1999 manufacture date.
It will be handed over with a separately acquired soft case (used, black) as an accessory. (If you do not need the soft case, we will offer a discount of 8,000 yen, so please let us know in advance.)

We cannot arrange for shipping through a delivery company. Therefore, please arrange for pickup at my home in eastern Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture, or in western Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. Pre-purchase試奏 (trial playing) is also possible. If you wish to試奏 in Osaki City, there will be a venue usage fee of 500 yen per person (plus the number of accompanying persons if you have them).
For locations within Yamagata Prefecture or nearby prefectures not too far away (such as south of Akita City, Akita Prefecture; north of Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; north of Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, etc.), we can deliver to a designated nearby location for the actual cost of fuel, etc. If you are along the Tohoku Shinkansen line, we can deliver to the nearest Shinkansen station for the actual transportation costs. (We can also accommodate pickups in Tokyo, such as at Ueno Station.)
